MY STORY
Cassandra Raine-Francis started Life After Love Women’s Ministry in February 2014. She has always had a passion for helping women to grow, heal, and transform into what God has called them to be. After her divorce, she struggled with what to do next with her 2 beautiful young ladies. She took her heartbreak and pain and turned it into purpose. She had pretty much written out love and focused on her children, but then.....God did a new thing! She is now happily remarried for 8 years and has added a new addition to their family, a son! She is a true testament of living a Life After Love!!! Allow her to assist in your start over journey to unlock what God has intended for you. She’s a product of a teenage mother that suffers from mental illness, but she didn’t allow her circumstance to prevent her from her calling to help other women! She published a starting over journal, available now (link on Shop page). Due to the untimely death of her ex-husband (daughter’s father) in April 2023, her book is delayed. However, stay tuned for the book that reveals her struggle from trial to triumph in her personal life! She is currently taking new applications for Personal/Professional, Grief and Corporate Coaching. I am a Certified Professional and Personal Coach. I received my Certification through Sagacy Coaching Training Program (I.C.F. Certified). I am currently offering Grief Coaching as well to help you work through your feelings and assist in discovering your life after loss. This type of coaching will be customized to each individual client. I am currently taking new client applications. Click the booking link to secure your spot. In addition to grief coaching, I am actively pursuing my Life and Health insurance license to provide a one-stop shop for insurance needs, financial services, and Will planning.

I am currently pursuing a D.E.I. Certification from University of South Florida. However, I have served the disabled, retired, and underserved communities for over 14 years. In addition, I serve as 1st V.P. on the Executive Board, Benefits Coordinator, as well as the E.E.O. Coordinator. I am passionate about D.E.I. framework, and have served on boards, panels, and committees in the workplace and community. I bring a wealth of knowledge including union/management relations, reasonable accommodation experience, training, Banking Management, sales, customer service, and various H.R. functions to name a few. I consider myself to be the bridge that connects employees and managers on differences and challenges. I find joy in helping businesses understand the importance of D.E.I., and to foster a workplace culture where teamwork and communication takes place to promote change for the better. Each corporate client can customize their coaching needs based on the need of the organization.
